The ladder

Where it can go

Nobody starts at the top, and none of it is decided by how long you have been around. Consistency and initiative, in that order.

  1. Active volunteer

    Stickers, branded merch and a printed session card as you go, rather than one reward at the end — and a certificate of contribution that grows quarter by quarter.

  2. Volunteer of the month

    Featured on our social media, and you pick the photo and the story yourself. First look at any tools, AI credits or partner perks that come through the community.

  3. Lead volunteer

    Own one role end to end for a whole session. A written brief before it and a debrief after, so you always know what was expected and how it went — plus small-group speaking and communication practice, done properly rather than as a lecture.

  4. Stage time

    Two minutes on stage, an intro or an announcement. We film it and you keep the clip.

  5. Core team

    The path here is public: consistent contribution, leading sessions, and a nomination from the people you work alongside. It comes with a seat in the strategy conversations and real ownership of part of where this goes.

Six months, three sessions in four. Keep that up and you are honoured at the volunteer ceremony, with an AI Baithak certificate, a gift, and a personal letter of recommendation from Kamran.
